Mary is a brand activator, digital strategist, and community connector turned political strategist.  She comes from the start-up business world with strategy, analytic, program development, and leadership expertise. Throughout her career, Mary has been passionate about empowering women and ensuring their seats at the tables where policies are created. Mary holds an M.Ed from the University of Massachusetts and an MBA from Boston University.

Christine is the founding principal in a behavioral insights and customer insights firm. She has deep experience understanding individual behavior and qualitative research, and directs HVA's voter research program to determine the key needs of Hoosiers—suburban moms in particular. Christine holds an MS in Experimental Psychology from Brown University.

Stephanie Gerber Wilson is a historian and has been a strategic communications professional for more than 25 years. She served as Heidi Beidinger's Communications Director in her 2022 statehouse campaign. She is the founder and host of the podcast Freedom Over Fascism, which investigates what it takes to rebuild power and freedom for Indiana and other MAGA captured states.  Stephanie is the co-founder of Hoosier Victory Alliance and provides communications and messaging consulting for state and local candidates as well as advocacy groups across Indiana. In the 2020 presidential election, she volunteered for the Pete Buttigieg campaign and served as the National Facebook Lead for the Biden Digital Coalition. She holds a PhD in history from Brandeis University.

Andrew is a creative data scientist who works with artificial intelligence, data analysis, and news analysis. He is working with HVA to improve our data targeting and research abilities in support of candidates and campaigns. He holds a PhD in Cognitive Science from Brown University.

Heidi is a former candidate for House Seat 5. She proved an inspiring and thrilling candidate who learned the power of Indiana's gerrymandering first-hand. She's the former President of the St. Joseph County Board of Health, and is a public health professor at the University of Notre Dame. She is the co-host of the What the Gerrymander? podcast. We hope she'll run for office again...someday. Heidi holds a PhD in Leadership.
